I was just browsing around to see if the Iraq post office will ever get some kind of web presence like any other country and it seems like they don't, but what I did find a press release from the ministry of communication which controls the post office and some things it says (traslated):
1) Work on a post transport office at Baghdad Airport began to ensure post from outside and inside the country reaches its destination.
2) Recieved the latest batch of stamps from Iran according to the collaboration treaty by the two countries
3) Iraq has sent the UPU its share of Iraq stamp releases
4) Collaboration between the ministry of communication and ministry of transport regarding the transport of post across the country using public transport coaches!.
we have a long way to go to the web presence bit then..
