I found this on eBay too, but there is no verification that its actually anything to do with Iraq.

  1. I know about this stamp… It was issued privatly in Vianna in 1953 when the International Federation Of Youth Rights Protection ( A communist organisation at the time ) was held in Austria… Its a propaganda label & not a stamp !
    At top is written :
    For the rights of the youth
    For Peace

    Middle :
    Feberuary 1953

    Bottom
    International conferance to defend youth rights
